Garlic Chili Oil Noodles
Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (ramen, wheat noodles, or even spaghetti works)
2 tbsp Chili Oil (adjust to taste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar (or black vinegar for depth)
1 tsp sugar (optional, balances the heat)
1 tsp sesame oil (for a nutty finish)
1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
½ tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Fried egg or protein of choice (optional, but highly recommended)
Instructions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a heatproof bowl, add minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.
Pour hot Chili Oil over the garlic mixture, stirring to combine. The heat will slightly cook the garlic and bring out its aroma.
Toss the noodles in the sauce until well-coated.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Top with a fried egg or your favorite protein for extra heartiness.
